Hope Everyone is Well

So, first Blog post in a little over a month, sorry about that. It has been a really trying time and we are rolling with it.  But we have been working to adjust to the new way of operating and getting into routines as I’m sure all of you have by now. I’m getting back int to the routine of writing Blogs, haha.

This week’s post will be short and sweet as we wanted to check in and let you know some of the things that we are doing in the shop and online. First off, we are open online and continue to ship quickly from San Diego and our customers have been getting their gear quickly which is great! The upside of us starting online is we have a pretty good system down and we are not having to learn as we go. Another upside of our shipping is we charge a flat $5 shipping and handling and any order over $75 ships free. We also throw in some pretty cool swag with every order.

One important thing to remember is our warehouse is our shop located in Ramona CA, so we don’t do back orders or drop shipments, if it’s in your cart it’s in the store. Speaking of the shop, we are currently closed and following California’s and San Diego’s plan to reopen in phases, we want to make sure we do it safely and correctly. With a lot of shops beginning to have the option for curbside pickup we will still ask that you shop with us online as we figure out how to go about getting back to open.

Now just because you can’t physically come in right now, we have a short-term solution and are going live on our Facebook page Thursday, Friday, Saturday at 6pm PST and Sunday at 4pm PST. We will be going over a bunch of different subjects as it pertains to the outdoors and outdoor gear, we will also be available to answer questions and show you gear live during those times.
