Refund policy
REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE/RESCHEDULE POLICY: MERCHANDISE
Refunds/Returns/Exchanges are only issued if the date of purchase is no more than 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the purchase, unfortunately no refunds, returns are exchanges will be authorized.
To be eligible for a refund; return or exchange the product must be unused; in the same condition it was received (photo proof required) and/or in the original packaging.
Not all items or products are eligible for a refund/return/exchange.
These listed items and products are considered,
ALL SALES FINAL and NO REFUNDS; RETURNS; EXCHANGES will be AUTHORIZED or ISSUED
- Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards
- Food/Consumables
- Filters/Life Straws
- First Aid/Medical Kits
- Any Sale Items
There is a 20% restocking fee on all refunds/returns and customer pays shipping (if applicable).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To complete the refund/return/exchange for instore purchases please bring the item/product during normal business hours with the receipt or proof of purchase to process the request. It is highly recommended to call first to ensure someone is here that can assist with the process.
To complete the refund/return/exchange for on-line purchases please email kitfox@kitfoxoutfitters.com and reference in the order number and the reason for the request. This will initiate the return authorization process.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping of the product or items.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Once the product(s)/item(s) are received and inspected an notification email will be sent with approval or rejection of the refund/return/exchange.
Please note If you are shipping you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If approved, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.
If the refund hasn't been received, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE/RESCHEDULE POLICY: CLASSES/COURSES
Reschedule requests are REQUIRED to be received in writing via email to kitfox@kitfoxoutfitters.com. Eligibility will be determined on a case by case basis with a administrative fee of $25.00. Reschedule requests that are approved will only be rescheduled one time. If a reschedule appointment is missed, there will be no alternative reschedule options and no refunds
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellation requests are REQUIRED to be received in writing via email to kitfox@kitfoxoutfitters.com. Refunds will be provided based on the following criteria listed below:
- Requests received greater than 30 days prior to the course start date will be refundable minus a $50.00 fee.
- Requests received less than 30 days prior to the course start date is NON-REFUNDABLE.
If Kit Fox Outfitters cancels for any reason a 100% full refund will be granted. Please note that bad weather does not mean automatic cancellation. We will notify you if your course/class or event is cancelled.
